She creates art without hands. She draws with her mouth. Not much more of a caption is needed but to just show her beauty, ingenuity, and strength. We got to pray with her and for her family. I’m in awe. We met her the day an old man on a bench caught our eye. Something inside said go to him. He is struggling financially and his son has many medical issues, but He thanks God that every day God gives Him eyes to see. He trusts the Lord, and said just when he needs it the Lord sends someone to encourage him. He said we were like 4 angels to him carrying the Holy Spirit.
This woman carries gentleness, kindness, and a servant heart that would move anyone. We get to serve her, be served by her, and serve with her and her community for the next month.
I’m getting to paint for one of our ministry days. They are for a farm that hosts worship night, a coffee shop, innovation projects for sustainable food, horse therapy for people with special needs, education and sports programs for kids, and much more. The maker of the farm recently came to know Jesus and came largely through farming and reading the Bible, finding the divine design written in nature. He gave us a tour of the farm while preaching the Word. For instance, we looked at biodiversity and how plants do not thrive without it; sort of like the different parts of the body of Christ. Or how every petal on a flower gets the exact same amount of sunshine, and every one of us is loved exactly extravagantly the same amount by our Father.
